Why we built the Summit
A note from the exacare ai founders
Two years ago, every vendor in skilled nursing started making the same promise: AI would transform your operations, workflows would run themselves and everything would be agentic.
The promise is true. Software used to record your work. Now it can do the work: reviewing referrals, flagging what needs attention, and moving tasks forward. But when every company uses the same words, they stop meaning anything. That’s why we built this Summit around the real agentic standard.
