Senior Resource Group (SRG) excels in developing and managing luxury senior living communities across the United States serving 3,000+ residents at premier retirement destinations nationwide. Prior to this, Rob held operational leadership positions at Westmont Living, MBK Senior Living, and Sunrise Senior Living.

In recognition of his impactful contributions, Rob received honors from the San Diego Business Journal in 2020 as one of San Diego’s 50 individuals making a difference and was further acknowledged in 2021 when he was recognized as one of San Diego’s 500 most influential people by the same journal.

Rob’s extensive experience and notable recognitions underscore his dedication and effectiveness in shaping and enhancing operations within the senior living community sector.

Sean O'Malley

As the National Vice President of Operations at Alta Senior Living, Sean O’Malley brings a wealth of experience, boasting 14 years in multi-site and state Senior Living, Long Term, and Post-Acute Care. He has also received his MBA in Health Sector Management & Policy from The University of Miami and is a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator “NHA”.

In his current role, Sean oversees critical areas such as M&A Operations due diligence, strategic growth initiatives, business development, and community operations. His focus is on ensuring that Alta communities consistently deliver the highest standards of care, service, hospitality, and excellence at every level.

Before joining Alta Senior Living, Sean held significant leadership positions with Signature HealthCARE and Greystone Healthcare Management. Notably, he has a proven track record of successfully stabilizing struggling communities through strategic interventions, including education, process improvement, effective communication, employee engagement, and hands-on leadership. Sean’s extensive experience positions him as a valuable contributor to Alta Senior Living’s commitment to excellence in senior care and services.

Clay Crosson, a seasoned professional in senior living, recently retired as President and COO of Americare Senior Living after an impressive 21-year journey. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a small regional provider into one of the nation’s top 100 senior living organizations.

Leading Americare Senior Living, Clay oversaw 87 assisted living, 39 memory care, 13 independent living, and 25 skilled nursing communities spread across 110 campuses in Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, and Mississippi.

His comprehensive leadership spanned regulatory compliance, financial management, strategic planning, talent development, and successful execution of development and acquisitions. Clay’s commitment and strategic vision have left an enduring impact on Americare Senior Living, contributing significantly to its prominence in the senior living industry.

With over a decade of experience as a healthcare CEO, Mark currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for BHI Senior Living. His passion revolves around enhancing the quality of life for seniors through innovative solutions and compassionate care.

Mark possesses a profound understanding of the healthcare industry and has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and execute strategies that optimize performance, improve patient outcomes, and reduce costs. In his current role, he takes on the responsibility of overseeing the operations of BHI’s senior living communities, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and support.
